Pricing questions
- What counts as a finished production?
- A production is counted when you first export a new finished version. Editing, previewing and saving drafts do not count. Re-downloading the same version or downloading both MP3 and WAV does not use another production. Exporting a materially changed version counts as a new production. The five-production limit on Free Studio applies even when you only use your own uploaded audio.
- What are AI units?
- One JingleMaker AI unit equals 1,000 ElevenLabs credits. Text-to-speech uses the actual provider credits; Voice Changer uses roughly 1 unit per generated minute; each successful sound-effect generation uses 0.2 units. We show an estimated cost before you press Generate, warn you at 75%, 90% and 100% of your allowance, and failed generations return their units. Regenerating uses more units; replaying or downloading an existing generation does not.
- Do I need my own ElevenLabs API key?
- Only on the Creator plan — connect a key in Settings and AI usage is billed by ElevenLabs directly, separate from your JingleMaker subscription. Creator AI, Station AI and Network AI include managed AI: no key needed, and you can switch to a personal key if you use up the included allowance.
- What can I do with the library audio?
- Every paid plan includes the complete JingleMaker library for use inside your finished productions. Library files can't be downloaded individually or in bulk on their own — they're licensed for use within the jingles, sweepers and imaging you make here.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes — upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime. Changes take effect at the next billing date, and plans will evolve as the service grows; we'll always give notice before anything changes.
- What happens if an AI generation fails?
- Nothing is charged — reserved units are returned automatically, so you only ever use units on successful generations.
